Back To School

I am SO excited for school to start!!! We had Fish Camp on Friday and I had a GOOD group of freshman. Only one kid seemed like a punk but THANKFULLY he doesn't have me for geography :) Last year in fish camp I can a kid disclose to the ENTIRE group that he was just diagnosed as being Bi polar with sever depression and ADHD. When I asked who his geography teacher was and he said me, i was sure God was mad at me. But he turned out to be a good kid. I think (sadly) I am most excited about new school clothes! I got some CUTE ones! Lauren and I have decided that since we are 27 (too old to fight about clothes) and both not at out "fighting weight" that the fat girls shouldn't buy too many clothes because "we'll be skinny soon" (wishful thinking I'm afraid) but we went shopping together and made outfits and split everything so we could share. We set up a "week system." We are going to plan and record a weeks worth of outfits and then switch! So we have double the clothes! And out clothes from last year (wedding diet year) aren't fitting so swell.... swell.. haha that what our asses did... Anyway. we have a week of in service which is tricky because its work, so you can technically wear you new clothes but you cant rewear them the first week of school because everyone just saw them. Now, I do hear your voices of reasoning my head, "no one is paying attention to what you wear" but my mother is Gayle. And i was raised to think that yes, they all payed attention and judged you for it, so LOOK NICE!!! I got some fabulous shoes at DSW and some cute boots! I did give the heels a test run on Thursday and OUCH! those will be worn on video days... it was about 95% humidity and that may have had something to do with my feet swelling like sausages and the shoes hurting, but on the other hand the heels are skinny and tall... So this is technically the last weekend of summer and I couldn't be more ready for it! I woke up with Jared at 6:30 (he had to work, dosen't that suck!!!) and had cereal, laid in bed, and dozed on and off all morning watching Kimora Simmons, life in the fab lane. Its 11:30 a.m. and i am still in pj's! So have a nice last weekend of summer!!!!!
