The Eve of School

I love the first day of school!!! I have my clothes lined up and my lunch mentally planned. I always have a hard time sleeping the night before school starts. Its like Christmas eve, always has been.
We began the weekend with our 6th Month anniversary. Jared got me the prettiest white roses! and We went to eat at Nick & Sam's a steak restaurant in Uptown.
Saturday Jared put new tires on my car and washed and waxed it! Isn't he the best??? I did happen to get pulled over by the lovely (not really) Plano PD on my way to work Friday and they weren't impressed that I DID SIGNAL!! My break and blinker lights were out, then I didn't have my new insurance (they didn't care I had copies of the last 5 years...) And my inspection sticker expired in April. (Clint said he and Jared "didn't read the fine print when they married us") So Jared was on car duty Saturday. Then our friend Larry won a wine tasting for Saturday afternoon!! It was very fun and educational, but since I am allergic to wine I had less fun than the others...
Sunday we woke up to a text that Gina had her baby in the middle of the night! Amber Ellis McKosky! She is SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went to church and super walmart (I love grocery shopping, not as much with Jared he keeps my from "going over board" what ever that means...) Went to meet baby Amber and then Aunt Jodie and Uncle Ron got us tickets to go with the whole fam to the Rough Riders game! Surprisingly is wasn't that hot, we were in the shade and there was a strong breeze. It was very fun and i think we sampled all the food PLUS they had Dippin Dots! I haven't had those since the Lubbock mall! Jared was creeped out and wouldn't try them so i got the whole souvenir helmet of ice cream to myself! Now its Entourage, Big Love and try and find who got put up for eviction on Big Brother!
