Manic Monday

I don't dread Mondays like some people. I think its because I like coming to work and know if i didn't come to work I would be sitting at home by myself bored. This morning I had to get up and wash my hair (this means no dragging out my breakfast, in bed with, captain crunch berries, and watching tv; No Jared I am not 5 years old- if it helps I watch the news...) This semester I have hallway duty before school on Monday's- that's less than exciting. But it beats staying after school or having lunch duty! I have only forgotten once too, impressive I know. And welcome back from the weekend emails...

I hate getting emails from parents about how "i lost their kids paper" and I KNOW I DIDN'T! the kid doesn't do the work, lies to their parents to save themselves and the parents believe them???? Seriously? Yes I threw you child's paper away to make them fail and am now lying about it. right.

This weekend Jared and I did the Grandparents Tour. We went to Church in Corsicana with my family. And their old school C of C is an ENTIRELY different blog. Lets just say I started doodling to help tune out the sermon in fear of standing up and yelling at the preacher. Then Pap took us to OMI for some yummy orange sauce (garlic and mayo) and we hung out with Nonna after lunch- she wasn't feeling well. We were sitting at their house and my parents walked in!!! Which would have been better if I hadn't stolen my moms new Banana Cardigan (so cute!) but i was busted. Then we headed to Palmer to see Jared's Granny and Grandaddy and his dad and Kathy. They were all doing well. I just love talking to his granny. I feel like she is mine! Headed home for Salad and Shells and Cheese and The HBO John Adams special! If you have HBO on demand you MUST watch it! You don't even have to be a history nerd like to me love it! It is such a good story that will make you even more grateful for our American history and all they went though. Plus its so cool to see how they lived, dressed, talked etc.
