Lunch has always been the meal where I diet. It started out with just a hand held can of Tomato Soup and I lost a ton of weight! With cereal for breakfast and 60 calories no fat at lunch I was free at dinner time to splurge! Well that lasted almost a year till I took a break from the soup and now the thought of it... yuck. So I switched to "real lunch" sandwich of lean cuisine and quickly gained weight. Wedding year I tortured myself through the tomato soup again because i know it worked and would keep a jar of walnuts my my desk. I HATE walnuts! and Would test myself. AM I hungry enough to eat a walnut??? This year is the year of the vegetables. I would buy the "just for one" single servings of corn or peas. But being PG now, I am STARVING 24/7!!!! So I am back to "real lunches." Saturday night at family dinner my mom showed me how to make egg salad. On tv the sprinkle salt into their hand and dump it in. SO I did that. It is so salty we had to add 3 more eggs and its still SUPER salty!! Another thing, I am a sugar-aholic. But since being PG it tastes "ok, not bad, but ok" I could lick a salt shaker and drink vinegar stuff! I ALWAYS want subway so they can drown my sandwich in the oil and vinegar mix. PS I ate a footlong on Sunday. Yes a 5 dollar footlong.... Oink Oink!
P.S. Neither LC or I are having Twins. We are idential therefore not genetic. Fraternal twins are genetic and skip a generation.
PPS. The new Sweat Shorts at Victoria secret are FABULOUS! MY friend CAroline gave me some and I put them on the second I walk in the door! Mine are brumuda length With red "P";s all over them. P for Powell. hahaha
