I am half way through my first grad school class. Its a computer class and started out EASY! But of course, has gotten harder. I am good about working on it ahead of the deadlines, but i do have to read and reread lots of it. The first problem came when I went to amazon to order my book. I saw the cheap shipping option "shipped in 2 to 3 business days" and thought GREAT! I'll have it in about 3 days. WRONG! They don't mail it for 3 business days and when you order your book from a store in LONDON!!!! It can take up to 3 weeks, and the class is 4 weeks... Luckily it only took 1 and a half weeks... I bought a pink 3 ring binder to print my "lecture notes" off the website and the power points. It is an online class and I suppose it is meant to be "paperless" but for some reason having the hard copy of the notes makes me feel better than just pulling them up int he computer screen. The first chapter was literally "this is a monitor" and "this is the keyboard, you type letter here and they appear on the monitor (see last diagram for what monitor is)" So that changed quickly and now i have to find companies that have switched "operating systems" like vista but not vista... and Case studies about open source programs vs. propriety programs (????????????????????????????????????????????) but its ok, so far I am still hanging in and am still in the A grade range.
So as I multitask and do my class work and defensive driving online (best thing EVER!) Molly naps behind me. I will never have a hyper dog again (sorry Hudson) I love that Molly sleeps 23.5 hours a day and loves to snuggle!
Since we lost one of out guest rooms to the upcoming nursery we are combining office with a twin bed. HOPEFULLY I will get a laptops soon (JARED IF YOU READ THIS SURPRISE ME WITH A MAC AIR BOOK!!!) and this room will be a less crowded guestroom...

I am so proud of you and your pink three ring binder. I learned I have no discipline about these things, just ask BML about history by TV. We need to play ASAP. Whatcha got going next week?
