We are a bit belated on our 5 months picture. I was waiting on our printer to fix itself or to remember to print out our age at school and bring it home, but neither happened.
The sweet potato's are not going well. She acts like they are the grossest thing in the world. So we are on day 2 of apple sauce. reaction is the SAME! I have tasted both. Sweet potato's are super bland but apples are GOOD! Going to give vegetables a shot next week...
Once she figured out the nasty stuff was ON the spoon she wouldn't let it in her mouth. I was a mean mommy and smeared it on her fingers. She was PISSED when she tried to suck on them and they tasted like apples. Then I wiped it on her bib and she got ANOTHER MAD taste. (hee hee) then i dipped my finger in the apples and she tried to chew on it and was ROYALLY PISSED! I laughed hysterically and gave up. We had a little talk about how this has to get better because she can't be in Kindergarten asking for her morning bottle! She understood and said she just needed a little longer to get used to it.

OMG that outfit it so cute. do they make it in mamma sizes? i am also so glad to hear that hadley is so responsive to your talks. i know it sounds randomn, but buddy buddy loved avacados. just mash it up with a fork.
You know Cooper would not eat solids until 8 months and it was a beating trying until then. Seriously if you need me to watch Hadley so you can work in the next couple of weeks let me know. Tomorrow Jack has a 8:30 appt. but I wouldn't mind helping :)!
