We have been in Amarillo this week for Jared;'s Granddaddy's funeral. Funeral's are so sad, but at the same time it was so happy for everyone to come together and spend 3 days together. I absolutely LOVE Jared's family, immediate and extended. They have ALWAYS been so welcoming and loving towards me. Jared's Granny seemed to be holding up ok. I was really glad she got to meet Hadley. We have skyped a couple of times but its not the same. We get to go back at the end of July and I am excited!!! (Hopefully we'll fly...) and Lauren and Kennedy may come! We came back last night because Hadley was not doing well. She wouldn't eat or sleep (day or night!) It was weird. So we got in last night and she still wouldn't eat baby food but she slept (after 30 minutes of crying) from 8 to 5:30 at 5:30 I put her pachie in and she slept till 7:30! WAHOO! We met my parents and Lauren, Clint and Kennedy at the McKinney parade and ate at Kelly's in downtown Plano. Lauren and I swam with Kennedy while Had napped with Jared. Then magical Aunt Lauren got Hadley to eat her baby food! Now we are heading to my parents for dinner and fireworks! Here are some pics from today. I ordered the CUTEST red, white & blue dress from http://www.etsy.com/ but I haven't gotten a good picture of her in it yet. I'll try again tonight. Here are my pics from the parade.
