HI Tones @Green Elephant

We may we a little over involved in each others lives, and yes sometimes this is a bad thing. But when little Kevin's big band the Hi Tones come to town, we can bring a crowd! Ok, its not really us that brought the crowd. The band is AWESOME! They bring their own peeps. We are just super proud of Kevie. We tend to make fools of ourselves, screaming louder than anyone else, standing AT the stage taking pictures and yelling for Kev.

This is Johnny. He is the singer... and dancer. And he can performer like no one else! Check out the outfit:

Yup. Those are leather pants and snake skin shoes.

Their music is hard for me to describe. Its kinda Beatles and dance music combined. They are very talented!

(again AT the edge of the stage embarrassing Kevin)

We had quite the Rock and Roll night too! Ms Megan the girls FAVORITE teacher at school babysat so the whole fam was there! Plus our extended family the Liles, half the Hendersons, and Beherns.
Growing up, the age gap seemed huge. When we went to college he was in 6th grade- still elementary school! He was our doll and target of torture. (ask him about Killer Ballerina) The older we get the closer in age we seem and the better friends we become. He and Jared also get along REALLY well. Kevin is like Jared's personality mini-me minus the handy-man skills (ask Kevin about "elbow grease"). Who knows what he will end up doing as a profession, but what ever it is he will do it well and passionately. He loves is nieces more than anyone could have imagined... his nightmares have turned to something happening to the girls. He doesn't see them much living 5 hours away but he loves to play with them when he comes home and they love him!

So Cheers! for a great brother, an anesome uncle and a great friend!

Wish we could have been there! It looks like it was a blast. Love the new header by the way!
