These are a few of my favotire things...

Having a blogging topic dry spell...

1. Orange juice made in the blender

Ever had it? Its a Culwell special. When my Dad was little they lived in a house that had a blender built into the kitchen counter. He said they started blending things, especially orange juice. Kevin altered it to only putting 2 cans water and the 3rd can with ice! Jared has been a fan of the Blender OJ, but not a fan of the mess it (I) leave. I can't keep it from spewing out of the top while blending and pouring isn't a strong suit of mine either...

2. Weeds

Not yard weeds, the TV show Weeds with Mary Louise Parker. Jared got season one on Netflix (another fabulous invention for the video "due date" challenged. (Blockbuster wont let me have an account there any more b/c so many late fees) We have only watched season one, but it is VERY entertaining. Especially since TV has sucked since the writers strike. It is shocking, hilarious and has lots of "oh no! No way!" moments.

3. Google Reader

My name is Maddie, and I am a blog-aholic. I am addicted to reading blogs. They are the only thing on the "favorites" bookmark on my computer. When we had the Washington Roommate reunion Tiffany told me about google reader. I typed it into google, entered my email and typed in the blogs I read. NOW I go to the reader and it TELLS me who has updated!!! Plus it suggests other blogs to read. Its fabulous!

4. Jared

He is dealing with the hormone surges well. He makes me breakfast in bed almost every weekend! He is REALLY smart. I know I have said it before, but seriously he is. One of the smartest people I know, but he dosent believe me. I can be irritating but he lets me. And he thinks I am funny. HE wont admit it, but its hard to deny. HA HA. Jared isn't a snuggler (his normal body temperature is 110 degrees) but he still snuggles :)

5. Prego Food

Jared says I picks foods that "don't go together." I think its crap, whats wrong with mac and cheese with a side of egg rolls? Sad thing is I was like this before I was pregnant. I thought the preg. craving would give me free reign to eat what I wanted but it doesn't. I think I am past my constant Arby's Roast Beef craving. Subway always sounds good (ham & cheese with only lettuce and lots of oil & vinegar) I have pulled a u turn to race to taco bell for a crunchy taco. And I have driven to south garland and wylie for snow cones, but its a thousand degrees outside! Who wouldn't want a snow cone???
